Neewood Pups provides a variety of dog training and consultation services designed to meet you and your dog in the "Messy Middle." Our offerings include the Mindset, Momentum, and Maintain categories, which provide quick wins, foundational training, and ongoing support. Services range from video consults, in-home consults, online courses, group workshops, to training packs and subscriptions. We endeavour to deliver our services as described but reserve the right to modify content and delivery methods as necessary.

Clients are expected to provide accurate information and comply with all instructions provided by Neewood Pups trainers and consultants. Results are contingent upon the owner's commitment to the training process and implementation of guidance.

Fees for services are due in advance or as per an agreed-upon schedule. Neewood Pups reserves the right to modify pricing but will inform clients of changes in advance. Discounts may be available for upfront payments or subscriptions. All prices are subject to change, and any promotional pricing is time-limited.

5.1. Service Cancellation:

Notification Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a training session or consultation. Subscription services require a cancellation notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No-Show Policy: No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee equal to the session's full price.

5.2. Refunds:

Eligibility: Refunds may be granted for services cancelled in accordance with our notification policy or under extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of Neewood Pups.

General Service Refunds: All services, including in-person sessions, online courses, and subscriptions, are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests for refunds must be initiated within 30 days of the session date, course purchase, or the start of the subscription period, and should be based on dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided.

Specific Conditions:

Online Courses: A refund can be issued if less than 50% of the course content has been accessed, and the request is based on dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery.

One-on-One Sessions: Refund requests should be based on dissatisfaction communicated within 30 days post-session, highlighting specific concerns about the service provided.

Subscription Services: Refunds for subscriptions will be considered if requested within the first 30 days of the initial subscription period, provided the request is based on dissatisfaction with the service quality or delivery.

5.3. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are committed to providing high-quality content and services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We welcome feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

5.4. Refund Request Procedure:

Initiating a Refund: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your service date or course purchase, or the start of the subscription period. Provide your purchase details and reason for dissatisfaction to help us improve.

5.5. Changes by Neewood Pups:

Neewood Pups reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or courses. In such cases, clients will be offered alternatives or full refunds.

Neewood Pups and its representatives are not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during sessions. Clients agree to release Neewood Pups from any claims resulting from participation in our services.

All content provided in our courses and sessions, including materials, guides, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Neewood Pups and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Neewood Pups reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
